Terms of Use

The service

Post Inbound generates LinkedIn posts with artificial intelligence, using the API key of the AI provider you connect, and publishes to your LinkedIn profile when you tell it to. The service is free.

Your account

• Use a real e-mail address of your own; access is by a code sent to it or through LinkedIn.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You can delete your account at any time from the user menu.

Your AI key

Calls to the AI provider are made with your key and billed by the provider to your account with them. Using that provider is also subject to its own terms.

Your content

• What you create and publish is yours, and you're responsible for it.
• AI-generated texts and images can contain mistakes or inaccuracies: review them before publishing.
• You allow us to store and process this content, and to send it to the AI provider and to LinkedIn, only to provide the service.

LinkedIn

• Post Inbound is an independent application: it is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
• By connecting your account, you remain subject to LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
• Nothing is published without your click on “Publish now”. There's no automatic or scheduled posting.
• Support for Post Inbound, including the integration, is provided by us, not by LinkedIn.

What isn't allowed

• Spam, mass posting or any attempt to automate posting on LinkedIn.
• Impersonating another person or company, or posting on behalf of someone who didn't authorize it.
• Content that is illegal, misleading, discriminatory, infringes others' rights or breaks LinkedIn's rules.
• Trying to get around limits or the service's security, or to access other users' data.

Suspension and termination

If you break these terms or LinkedIn's rules and don't fix it when told, we may remove your LinkedIn connection or close your account. If the service shuts down, data obtained from LinkedIn is deleted immediately.

Availability and liability

• The service is provided as is and may change, be unavailable or be discontinued.
• Posts are deleted 14 days after creation; keep a copy of anything you want to keep.
• We're not liable for failures or changes in third-party services (AI providers and LinkedIn), nor for the content you choose to publish. This doesn't limit the rights consumer law guarantees you.

Changes and governing law

Relevant changes to these terms will be announced by e-mail or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of the user's place of residence have jurisdiction.
